TESTIMONIALS:
I cannot recommend Maridel Perlas enough! They were so kind to us but also fierce when it came time to put in an offer. Always available on weekends to view multiple homes. We are very happy in our new and first home. Truly a stand out realtor that you should reach out to if you are looking to buy a home. ~ David and Synthia C.
Maridel helped us sell our rental far more quickly than I thought we would be able to. She handled the current tenants very well and was able to get the entire transaction done much more smoothly than I expected. I knew she was good, but I didn't know she was this good.
~ Matt and Marlyn B.
